Quick Answer

tl;dr: Quo, formerly OpenPhone, can forward calls to your configured LeadTruffle number for missed-call text-back or AI Voice answering. Set up your chosen LeadTruffle service first, then add its destination number to your Quo call flow. The separate Quo integration imports calls and texts into your inbox without changing call routing.

You can use sync alongside a forwarding setup. Importing Quo history alone does not start AI replies or missed-call text-backs. Your team continues calling and texting through Quo for Quo conversations.

Step 1: Set up your LeadTruffle call handling

Choose missed-call text-back or AI Voice answering for the calls you want to forward.

For text-back, configure your voicemail greeting and the questions your AI should ask by text. For AI Voice, configure how the AI answers and qualifies callers. Copy the destination number provided for that service in your LeadTruffle account. Our team can help confirm the right number during setup.

Step 2: Open your Quo call flow

In Quo’s web or desktop app, go to Settings → Phone numbers, choose your business number, and open Edit call flow. Check your business hours and decide when calls should reach LeadTruffle.

Quo documents these controls in its conditional call-forwarding guide. Available routing options depend on your Quo plan and account settings.

Step 3: Add the forwarding destination

Add a Forward call step where you want LeadTruffle to handle calls, such as your after-hours path. Enter the LeadTruffle destination number from step 1, then save and enable the intended call flow.

For unanswered-call handling during business hours, check the route after your team rings. Have your Quo administrator confirm that it reaches the intended forwarding step. Keep calls you want your staff to answer on their existing route.

Step 4: Test the complete experience

Call your Quo business number from another phone under the condition you configured, such as after hours or when your team does not answer.

  • For missed-call text-back, leave a voicemail and check that the expected follow-up text arrives.
  • For AI Voice, confirm the AI answers and that the conversation appears in LeadTruffle.
  • Confirm calls your staff should answer still reach them.

A saved forwarding number is only the setup step. Testing the call shows whether the routing and LeadTruffle service work together.

Bring Quo history into your LeadTruffle inbox

The Quo integration brings incoming and outgoing calls and texts from selected lines into LeadTruffle. Available recordings, transcripts, summaries, voicemail, and message attachments can appear with that activity.

Choose whether to import older history, then complete the separate live-update setup for new activity. Syncing Quo data does not count toward billable LeadTruffle usage; other LeadTruffle services retain their normal billing.

Your team can review this history alongside other conversations in the unified inbox.
