Calls and texts
Review incoming and outgoing calls and messages, with their original dates and business line. Available text attachments come with the conversation.
Call details
Listen to available Quo recordings and voicemail. Read transcripts and summaries when Quo supplies them. Some details may arrive after the call.
Contact history
See matched activity with the contact's other conversations. Your team can check what was already discussed before following up.
For example, a customer might send a website inquiry, then call your Quo number. When the phone number matches an existing contact, your team can review that call alongside their earlier conversation in the LeadTruffle inbox.
Connect Quo to LeadTruffle
Have a Quo workspace owner or administrator help with the connection. Your LeadTruffle administrator or manager can choose which lines to share.
- Connect your account. Open Quo in LeadTruffle's Integrations settings and follow the connection instructions.
- Choose your business lines. Start from now or import the last 30 or 90 days. Keep the page open during import, or pause and resume later.
- Finish live-update setup. Follow the Quo panel's instructions to connect new calls and texts. Then check that a new call or text appears in your inbox.
Connecting an account and importing history are separate from setting up live updates. Quo's official live-update instructions explain its webhook settings.
